We are not looking to change coaches. What we're doing is actually giving trainers more opportunities to do what they're supposed to do. So, in the example of nurse training, the nurse manager must actually stand next to the student nurses, possibly multiple times throughout the day, and teach them how to complete specific tasks. Now imagine a scenario where we’ve eliminated at least two levels of feedback, review, and evaluation before the lead trainer actually gets involved and Email Lists understands what’s going on. So I think certification is still very, very important, right? Whether it's manufacturing, whether it's healthcare, the two examples we're talking about, certification is still important, and that certification comes from the trainer, who is the expert. So we won't remove experts. It actually enables experts to conduct training efficiently without having to monitor the individual screens of student nurses at work. So you want to see a difference.
